I'm Claire Wimbush, currently a postgraduate masters student. I study History of Design with the Royal College of Art and the V&A Museum. I'm currently research material culture within the Soviet Gulag in the 20th century.

I've written creatively for years but am only recently settling into writing spoken word poetry. It combines two things I love - creative writing and performing. I'm very much experimenting and finding my feet; I've also recently fallen in love with magical realism as a genre, so will probably be experimenting with that too!
